The iOS version I played was developed by Hammer Technology. It's also, unfortunately, no longer available for download because the <a href="http://play.goko.com/Dominion/gameClient.html" rel="nofollow">"official" client from Goku</a> (http://play.goko.com/Dominion/gameClient.html) was launched summer 2012. I should have added this earlier as I’ve known about it for a few months, but better late than never:
